Food and Nutrition Notes

Food and Nutrition Notes is a quarterly newsletter written by Extension Educators who are experts in their field. Beaver County residents may receive the newsletter via U.S. Mail by completing the online "Newsletter Registration Form" - check the box for the "Nutrition Notes" newsletter. Archives of Food and Nutrition Notes are available below.


All registration forms, brochures, and newsletters on our web site are in Adobe PDF format. If you do not already have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, you can download the free reader from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html .
